I also received my daystate red wolf broken in two pieces by UPS. Sending it back to AOA probably going to get a refund instead of another rifle.

That is sad! waiting for a RW and get it broken...broken on the stock? or the metal?
I had have broken stocks before, it happends, even after a very small fall, like 1 inches high. (that is why I quit wood stocks)
But after a small complain they replace the stock right away with no cost at all ... if you really want that gun, have patience for sure they will fix it

Man I'm sorry to hear that, I know that must have been heartbreaking I've been there done that , I would wait for them to send me another rifle, if it's the gun you really wanted

I agree with the others though - pretty sure you'll regret getting a refund instead of a replacement. They really are special guns
So if you can in any way manage it, hold on for a new one!

I got mine from Ken Hicks no problems it was double boxed with tons of foam rubber in each box. My RAW that came also from Ken was double boxed well worth the $75 shipping cost.

OUCH.. Literally broken, as opposed to malfunctioning (a rare occurrence with Daystate) I feel for ya! AOA will make it right, I’m sure.

I'm feeling pretty good about it now. I purchased a used red wolf from AOA, at a good price. I just got off the phone with them and they are going to send me a brand spanking new one, five year warranty and all

Ive had stuff destroyed and sticking out of the box being delivered by FEDX, had stuff smashed and broken using UPS. Switched to USPS Priority mail and haven't looked back. They have been cheaper, faster delivery, and nothing has been destroyed as of yet.

I have had a $30,000 box from our USA factory delivered smashed by one of the above!
Gentlemen whatever has been said in the past it just goes to prove how much these companies really feel about their reputation, buy the best and cry once!
Me and a couple of others are out with out HP Redwolfs this weekend 25g Redesigned Monsters and playing with the 0DB moderator.
Only downside is the British weather.
