Brocock loading issue

Hello I'm new to pcp and my Brocok contour 6 is my first pcp rifle which I bought used a month ago. The issues I'm having with the gun is that most times it's hard to close the bolt to feed a pellet and when that happens the shot is a flyer about 1 inches from point of aim at 15 yards. Now sometimes the bolt closes effortless usually the first shot and the gun is very accurate. I've tried several types of pellets with negative results, also a couple of members suggested chamfering the magazine and cleaning up the sharp edges which I've done and still haven't gotten much improvement.
I bought three new mags and have a total of five and they all act the same way.

Thanks in in advance for your help

 Thanks for your response.
My rifle works fine with empty mags it cycles the mag no problem.
The issue too is that when the pellet is partially into the breech and it just won't go in I then have to then use a cleaning rod to push pellet back into the mag to be able to remove mag from rifle. I also tried pushing bolt with my thumb from the rear of the bolt thinking that maybe using the bolt handle was miss aligning the bolt and not pushing pellet in straight but it didn't help. As far as the flyers go from a forced reload I wonder if it's from deforming the pellet skirt from the bolt face. I don't know

thanks again
