Brocock Bantam: how much $, paper puncher to hunter?

This is a beautiful gun and I just love the looks of it but function before fashion; to me the new standard for .22cal is 45-50+ FPE, so my question is; has anyone tuned this gun up to big power? I know the EBR results but that gun has at least $3000 into it. I am under the impression (right or wrong) that unregulated guns have the potential to shoot at higher power than regulated considering their volume resivoir so I’d like to know if there is someone shooting a standard bantam .22 at 950-1050fps with slugs.

Opionions welcome and experience valued!

Working on a big Compatto upgrade. Not done yet but it should be a cast bullet (52 grain NOE BBT) shooting bottle version at high power with a 24" LW Polygonal barrel in .25.

Before upgrades it was at 40 ft/lb with a bit of spring and hammer work but it is too early to even guess what the new capabilities might be!

That’s a gnarly Compatto! I’ll be following that one.

I've got a Bantam sniper HP magnum (AOA) Long barrel for sure. Especially with a moderator on the end. Serious gun. My two pigeon guns are a cricket 25 which Charlie tuned for me and this brocock. I'd have a problem picking between the two. The brocock has power adjustment making it more versatile. I'm playing around with slugs in the brocock but I can't find a windless day to shoot at a 100 as yet. The cricket is more compact and handier due to it's shorter length. Both guns are too heavy to walk hunt with.
