brass impact regulator piston

We've been playing with brass reg pistons for a while now done a few different types delrin tip, PTFE tip, brass tip, in sub 12 we only run low reg pressure and there is no real benefit but maybe at higher pressures it may be better

The main thing I'm looking to get from a brass piston is reduced set point shift due to temperature changes. It's very noticable on the plastic piston. 70deg F to 40 deg F is around 10 bar change on my M3. Other than that issue, the plastic piston works great and it has the advantage of not needing a separate sealing surface material.

I wonder if they will offer the brass piston as a "200 bar upgrade package" that includes a full stack of 0.6mm belleville washers. Huma uses that for their 200 bar setup. The default AMP stack is 50/50 0.5mm and 0.6mm washers. I suspect 200 bar may be pushing the hybrid spring stack a bit too far.

The brass works fine in sub 12, the style in the pic has been in my impact for 2 years with no issues at all, my M3 has a different design the delrin tip go's in to a recess rather than on the top and that one has been working fine since the M3's release ( i was lucky got one of the first in the UK) so they last well but for us in the UK that's the only benefit i can see with them, but for you boys in the US with high power they maybe of more benefit.

There is no down side i have found so they will be worth a try
