After some research, it looks like a Hawkeye borescope is probably the only one out there worth getting for airgun, as the Lyman is not slim enough for .177

Does the Hawkeye shooting edition kit have everything I’ll need as a shooter? I will want to use it with a Thomas FT rifle, Steyr LP10, and various firearms. I don’t think that I will need the angled eyepiece as my precision bolt action rifles are mounted in chassis, but IDK for sure. And I think I’d like to be able to take pictures, but likely just stills. Can I buy the camera separately, or do I have to get a specific kit?

I’m not sure what else I need to ask.

I've had one since late 90s ... 17 inch version. Very useful but can't see 177 bores at 90 deg. Went to the website. ... my my, prices have gone up.

They do offer "Superslim" and "Microslim" now that will be useful for 177. That would be my only suggestion. Don't know about all the accessories but if you have an idea what you plan to do with it, I'm sure you will know what to buy. The angled eyepiece might be handy... I've not had one and not missed it. Looked like you can add the camera later, depending on what models it works with .

Good luck and have fun .

I have a $15 from Amazon it’s only good for 30 caliber and larger barrels I bought it originally for powder burners. I just looked again on amazon and I only found 1 that would be good for air gun calibers but not smaller than .22.

if you see any others with a head diameter that will work in a .177 please post
