BKL high or FX No Limit?

Both are good rings and should be no issue shooting at 100 yds.
However, I do prefer the No Limits... as it makes sighting in easier. Just adjust the rings to get close to target, and your final tweaks using the turrets. 

The shooting distance you need the adjustable ring are determined by what scope your using as they have different adjustment ranges. That being said I like the FX no limits rings they are easy to set up

FX no-limit scope rings allow you to keep your scope optically centered for the brightest image. First, optically center your scope. Then do a "rough zero" by adjusting the no-limit mounts. Once your rough zero is found, tighten down the mounts. Then do a final zero with your turrets. This results in a final zero that is very close to the scope's optical center and the best light transmission (brightest image). Keeping a scope close to its optical center optimizes the amount of light that the scope can gather in. Using regular (non-adjustable) rings forces you to zero your scope with the turrets only, thus resulting in the scope being dialed outside its optical center and less light transmission (darker image). With airguns with barrel droop, no-limit mounts can make a dramatic improvement in your scope's ability to transmit light.

This might be worth a look also. Just released by sportsmatch. These are fully adjustable so elevation and windage!!
Unlike the FX rings you can adjust these incrementally with an Allen key. I have a set of the dovetail version and like them a lot.
