Be careful what you are after when on a strict budget. You can easily end up with a YH without a water separator on it and then it will cost you more for filters than it would have had you bought a better compressor. I did not see any on eBay for $211 shipped
I got mine here it is probly near the best you will do for the $ if you include shipping. I bought the set pressure version the Hardcover version, $324 including shipping, would do you fine and is slightly less expensive. DO NOT get the simple version. Click on from China and probly the 110v unit you want.

Yes if there is possibility to buy hardcover version go ahead. I bought simply version due to I bought it ftom China store here in Europe. Unfortunately there were others versions sold out so I bought just simply version for 210usd shipped without taxes. Now I'm thinking (in different thread) to buy the cyclone water separator and did hardcover version myself with less than 250€ totally. But if you have chance to buy already hardcover version buy this. You will have it without another effort.

I hate to say it but you picked a bad time to purchase one. I have been watching them on ebay and within a week they either sold out or double in price. I sold mine to a friend and upgrade to Air venturi. Good Luck.
