BEST FX IMPACT Slug upgrade!!

These magazine replacements are possibly the best upgrade I have made!! NSA slugs would not stay in position with stock magazine. These upgrades from Orion Iguana Hunter are OUTSTANDING!!! Thanks for an awesome productđź‘Ťđź‘Ť

Hammer,

I second that! Mine arrived yesterday, $26, total. My .25 (28 round) OEM M3 magazine was mis-feeding, asked about it on forum, FX-USA replied, and, after e-mail contact, they're sending new improved FX 25 count magazine. Couple guys on thread mentioned a new wheel at Orion Iguana Hunter to rehab original one. Orion Iguana Hunter has great how-to video on "wheel" replacement, too. I don't shoot slugs but these wheels hold .25 pellets much tighter, for more precise feeding.

I have never had a feeding problem with my Impact-X be it with .22 or .25 pellets or slugs using my original aluminum side shot magazines.

But when I got my .30 m3 the first thing I did, because of everything I had read, was purchase a couple of the Orion wheels.

I had also purchased a couple speed loaders prior to the Orion purchase and they did not werq with his wheels.

So, I only changed out the wheel on one of my magazines. I have been using the stock FX magazine and the Orion modified one, side by side now for a few hundred rounds, and have had no jams or loading problems with the 44.75 JSB pellets or the 47.2 NSA slugs.

So did FX fix their mags or did the .30 never have a problem?

Bio,

Thanks for the Orion Iguana Hunter mag wheel link, problem solved. About the .30 FX OEM magazine, all I can say is that my .30 MK3 Wildcat Sniper, despite having been mauled in a previous life, always held an air charge and never jammed during 273 cycles. I know the mags are different, just that the FX designers might have been more on target with the .30.

P.S. As you know, my computer skills are minimal, think Orion's How-To wheel assembly video would be helpful out here on forum. It's located on wheel page, one of color choice pics.
