Best entry level pcp

As a first PCP I would probably go with the DAR gen2 if you like that traditional style gun. I have one in .177 cal and I can shoot 1/2 groups with the occasional flyer at 50yrds with the FX 13gr pellets. I've had the Avenger in .22 and even though it was a good gun I think my Dar is of better quality. I had a Hatsan flashpup in .22 and that was a very reliable and easy to work on gun!

I bought my Prod first and I still enjoy it. It weighs about 5 lbs including it's scope. Nice and compact. Accurate enough to nail squirrels at 25-30 yards. 22 caliber and accurate with Crosman domed and hollow points so ammo is relatively available and inexpensive. Small chamber is easy to hand pump. At the original lower power tune I was getting close to 50 usable shots. At my current ~18 fpe tune I get 20-24.
