best bullpup

Hi everyone, hey I have a AA S510 .22 and love it now I would like to get a bullpup in .25 and would like to get the best one on the market now or if you heard of one coming out next year that I should check out. I want it to be accurate reliable and have the power to reach out there 100 yards or more. I do a lot of walking in the woods shooting off hand and not from a bench or tripod, Thanks.

I am going to say the 25 caliber Veteran shorty, Light weight , short, packs a lot of power,

and built like a tank, Take it out of the box and start shooting , No regulator to change out , No o rings to change out for many years .

One of the best trouble free guns on the market,

Just ask the owners of the Veteran guns,

Mike

Look at a Vulcan/Vulcan 2. Great bullpup. I love my Vulcan (3rd gen) in .25. I have been taking pest birds out to 127 yards around my house. It also seems that if I miss it is my fault and not the airgun. I have been shooting a lot with the airgun off rest and the bullpup, makes it much more easy to shoulder and hold steady.

I think you will be happy with your purchase no matter whatever brand you end up with.

Taipan Veteran might be the best "out of the box" bullpup you can buy. Not cheap but it cost less than some of the others like cricket, edgun, vulcan etc. and you just don't hear about anybody having any issues with them. I've owned both a wildcat and taipan and taipan wins hands down. Build quality and reliability isn't even close between the two in my opinion. In fairness my wildcat was an early mk1 and they have made some changes to the newer models.

I'm biased towards towards the Kalibrgun Crickets, not only because they are deadly accurate, but I just love the magazine system and the fact that it holds 12 pellets in .25 cal , and 14 pellets in .22 cal.

I have my .22 cal power tuned for the Redsigned 25 grain JSB's at 885 fps for 44 ft pounds of energy. Don't really have a need for the .25 cal since I can get over 40 fpe in .22 cal?

Rear cocking doesn't bother me one bit and I actually prefer it from a bench rested position.

If I needed a .25 or .30 for hunting I would look into the fully air actuated semi automatic Evanix Max Air from Travis at Jefferson State.
