Best air gun under $100

I know this is relative. I have done a lot of research and I keep coming back to the Crosman 2100. I am looking for the best air gun under $100 that kills squirrels easily. I am not sure I want to pump 10 x for one shot so if there is an even better air gun that is not pump or co2. Maybe spring loaded please let me know. Also it has to shoot .177 cal. Let the arguments begin. Lol Thanks. One other thing which do you think is the better gun. The Crosman 2100 vs. the Gamo Varmint?

I agree with Mtruitt1971 and the Beeman dual barrels... I have the regular one ("Big" store special) and it shoots at ~15 ft-lbs at the muzzle (.22 cal 14.3 gr. pellets). I have left this one open sights and the only complaint is the (small) twang of the spring... My NP rifles are definitely quieter. Other than that, accurate enough for my ground squirrel/gopher problems.

The best $100 gun I ever bought is a cz634 and it was $105 to the door. This thing is amazing and if you can find one you will agree ....accuracy that can hang with a pcp and I only use crossman hp pellets so its possibly even better with higher grade pellets. If you buy one don't be fooled by the colored stock (mines blue and black) because it's actually nice to shoulder . Just can't say enough good things about it ....also keep in mind your getting one of the best barrels in CZ....if you find one I would love to hear what you think.

I have had 2 of the beeman silver Kodiak dual barrel guns and 1 had a good 177 barrel and the other had a good 22 cal barrel. gave the 22 cal to my brother and the 177 was stolen. I also had a P17 refurb that was stolen and I bought another refurb P17. Both those guns are great. The P17 I bought were around $30. The only other great cheap gun is the slavia 634 but I paid $105 for mine so that's a bit high. The beeman dual barrels are real easy to tune. take out the Lawyer spring from the trigger and put a sleeve on the guide and its tuned up nice. I found that the barrels are put on each gun at the factory and ground at the breach so you cannot take the barrels from different rifles and swap out. the breech won't be right. the scopes on the beemans are also usable and have lots of power.
