Wouldn't it be so nice if you could order pellets with specific head and skirt diameters? Why don't someone do this. Even if it would cost a little more. Buying these high end guns gets us the reliability and quality but without the right ammo it don't matter what gun you have. Being able to buy a specific head and skirt diameter pellet is the next big thing. If I had the means of doing this and doing it right you couldn't tell me everybody wouldn't be placing orders with me. This is just something I've been thinking about idk if it's even possible or how hard it would be to Do.

Most of competition/match pellets are already sold by head diameter increments of 0.01mm (about 0.004in). JSB here:

Most brands like JSB and H&N can be ordered in different head sizes, like 5.51, 5.52, 5.53 mm, etc. If you want to bring down the tolerances to 0, buy the competition stuff @peole refers to.
