Got the Benjamin Traveler this evening,was a little nervous being this is my first compressor got it out and set up and ready to pump up my streamline but I couldn’t get the FX fill probe to work ,hooked up to the Benjamin Maximus and it worked fine.After some thought I took the female fitting off the nomad and swapped with the one from my Benjamin hand pump problem solved. Well maybe the Benjamin and FX fittings are different sizes. Should I get something different and if so what would it be ?

I had an issue with the Traveler fill hose connector too. Some of my quick disconnects would fit it and some would not.

My Benjamin Traveler arrived Monday, Oct.1st. The Traveler’s female quick connect doesn’t fit the FX Impact, so I ordered a Male Foster Quick- Disconnect w/ 1/8” BSPP Female Threads w/ Delrin Seal/Stainless Steel, from Air Tanks Plus. ($12.60 shipped). The male fitting from Air Tanks Plus arrived Friday, I placed the male fitting on the FX Stainless Female Quick Connect removed from my hand pump, and connected the assembly to the Benjamin Traveler.
Before the male fitting arrived from Air Tanks Plus, I tested the Traveler using the included dead head. The compressor stopped near 100 bar with e-2 on the Temp/Voltage indicator....would go no higher. I set auto-shut off to 50 bar....compressor stopped at 50 bar with e-4 on the Temp/Voltage indicator.
With Sally’s help, at Crosman Customer Service, the voltage switch was found set on 230v. The switch is well inside an opening on the voltage converter case. (marked with yellow label). Use a flashlight , you will see the switch. The instructions say plug into 110v and makes no mention of the voltage switch. I should have looked.

Thanks Motive410 for all the info I did not have a dead head with mine but did set it to 2000 psi hooked to my streamline and it shut off at 2000 psi then again at 3000.took 3:24 min to go from 125 bar to 200bar With e-4 seems to be working good,the only thing I wish it had is a shut off instead of having to unplug the thing . Again thank you for the info.

I used the Traveler to pump my airgun from 200 bar to 220 bar. I didn’t time it, just insured all was working well. (E-4)
A switch would be nice. I have an old mechanical timer switch with a dial. After the gun is filled and disconnected from the Traveler, the timer will cut the power after allowing the cooling fan to run for a few minutes. Hope I can find the darn thing.

Mine arrived and sure enough, the volt switch was on 220 and the cut off was set to 4500. I take that to mean the unit was tested at the manufacturer.
The traveller does not have an external oil port. Mine set up and pumped the P-rod to full in less than 5 mins . I am a happy puply.
