benjamin rogue

I purchased the Benjamin Rogue when it was first released.

Thinking of selling it on ebay.

Seems it was a flop, but myself found it an interesting rifle.
Only took it out for target practice maybe 2 times, and found it accurate and fun to shoot.

I can't find any other listing on ebay...so have no idea it's current value.

So I'm asking what do you think a realistic resale value would be?
*I'm sure it's a VERY small market, with maybe only someone trying to just have it for their collection.

according to airgun depot they were 1500 dollars NEW, they were selling them 1299 or were selling them at that price,

i see no reason it wouldnt bring in 1000 to 1100 depending on if you included shipping in the cost or buyer payed for shipping

last i checked you cannot sell a full air rifle on ebay as in the terms of service it is classified as a "FIRE ARM".

you may want to try the yellow forum and see if you can sell it there. lots of sales happen on the yellow

hmmm...I'll have to check into that, but they seem to have a section just for air rifles, but the filters only go upto .25 so maybe they have a limit on caliber.

@ztirffritz
Thanks, I think I will try the classified section first.

E-Bay is VERY restrictive on Air Rifles. .25 caliber max for private (not dealer sales I believe) and usually has to be a collector gun / vintage etc. The only dealers that can sell on e-bay are pre-approved and they are not taking new applications. If you do sell an airgun on e-bay there are a load of US locations you cannot ship to because of local law restrictions.

Yeah, I looked into it and ebay is out...
I moved into the city, and my collection has just been collecting dust in the closet.

Maybe I'll just sale all of it:

I'll post them up in a week or two with pictures...

MOD Edit: removed list of items. You have not met the Classified criteria, and this is not the Classified section.

"ztirffritz"FYI: With only 3 posts people will be suspicious of your ads in the classifieds. I'm not saying you aren't trustworthy, but trust is earned and that takes time or intentional research.
I was thinking the same thing.
All of his posts are in this thread, just asking whats a good price for his pcp (zero "quality" posts or helping fellow members).
Then after a couple responses he has enough posts to throw up an ad in the classifieds here.
The new trend here? SMH

Well, I signed up just to ask about a rifle that in no longer available and if it has value. (was first search for "air rifle forums" in google)
classifieds was suggested to me...

I do plan to offer in-person pick up if the person wants...can meet say 50-100 mile radius from stillwater, oklahoma.

whatever, if someone wants to pass on a good deal cause I have "zero" quality posts since I haven't been active in air rifles in a few years...their loss

I get what your saying, these are high priced "toys" and can be a huge risk for both the buyer and seller.

doc, you did just that when you said maybe ill sell all of them and list what you have
Sorry, If it sounds like we are attacking you, please understand we get folks that does this all the time. Many have been kicked off other sites for doing the same
If that's not the case I am sorry, We always welcome folks coming in and yes even selling after building some trust.
The Rouge may actually sell for more than what you expect as it is something that is not made anymore You might actually even be able to sell it on Ebay because it could be considered a collectors item as it is no longer offered. Best bet is to contact Ebay by chat and ask. It never hurts. But If you have some time hang around follow the rules and you might find yourself an air gun addict again
And if you all else fails you will have educated buyers.
Again Sorry if it feels like you where attacked.
