Looking for a comparison of the 2 in noise

i just ordered the Mega Pitbull. It comes with a depinger and mega moderator. I currently have an Airforce Texan SS in 457. I was told by Pitbull that rhe 357will be quieter then then Texan.

Anyone shot both?

Aloha bigbuck28,

I have 2 friends that have the guns you mentioned, the only difference is that the bulldog has a DonnyFL emperor v3.
The Texan is louder because it’s a .457 but not overly loud, I’m trying to remember the difference in decibels, I think it was 94 for the bulldog and 102 for the Texan, measured 45 degree angle in front and 10 yards away.

Texan was def louder. The mega moderator from Pitbull was not all that quiet. The Donny fl ronin was way better and even more quiet with the extension
