Benjamin Marauder Gen 2 Bullpup Stock Question

Another alternative, if you could live with an unused hole in your bullpup stock, would be to remove the OEM gauge and extension and plug off the gauge port. You then should be able to use either the CraftsmanVit or rapid70 bullpup kit as is with out any kind of modification. If you still wanted a gauge you could remove the foster fill assemble and install the HUMA gauge and fill assemble for the Marauder. You have to use a fill probe but that’s not the end of the world.

edit

sorry I forgot that the SAM has a Picatinny breech and that the CraftsmanVit and Rapid70 scope rails attach to the dovetail breech. If that detail can be overcome it might work then.

I have seen a SAM in a MDRL Mrod Bullpup kit. The old gauge hole was filled and new one drilled and bedliner reapplied. It look like it came from the factory that way. The SAM would get rid of the chicken wing cocking, which was one of the main issues I had with Mrod BP.

A BSPP plug and Huma fill assy will work though and it would be just short of the end of the shroud.

Doesn't look like the MDRL are made any more, though. :(

You do need to check the trigger linkage, as well. Some came to near the centerline and had specific hardware to get around the gauge. The Huma solution would fix that.
