Generally people making videos shoot for groups and don't bother to adjust the scope to hit the bulls-eye.

I’d buy a used Marauder & for no more than $200 could have a 23.75” LW barrel machined to drop in. You could go choked, no choke standard rifling or polygonal. As far as a reg you have Altaros that doesn’t need a hole drilled in reservoir to equalize. My last one lasted a solid 7 years and I took it out at year 8. I might reinstall or not. 


When I shoot groups I grab any thick card stock type paper and put a shot in it. Then aim for center of that hole. I may adjust if I’ve switched pellets but I’m not spending money on printed target paper when I can do as stated or draw whatever I want. 


Also remember a shooter may know his gun is zeroed with certain pellets but be seeing what a different one or how wind affects its flight.

I vote Marauder-the Nova Liberty has a 4350 psi fill pressure-without a compressor you will have a difficult time filling. Marauder has a fill pressure of 3000 psi. As a guy who uses 3300 psi scuba tanks to fill I pay attention to the fill pressure. A gun that will be more pump or scuba tank friendly would be the Air Arms/CZ s200-light and accurate available in different power levels too.

Marauder all the way. The poppet issue with the liberty has really put me on the fence Bout this gun. If the guys that have made aftermarket fixes for this would advertise their parts and maybe put out a how to video I maybe would feel better about the purchase. I like guns that usually dont need to be fixed shortly after buying them.

The diana outlaw/mrod air dominator are an option to consider. Side lever cocking but without the poppet issue of the liberty. 

I have a Nova Liberty and have it shooting in the mid 40's fpe. Of course it's been modded but I can tune it to do anything I want. The poppet problem is easy to fix by just getting one from darkcharisma on GTA out of delrin or, you can go full power with his DC valve and the tp bored out to .217. There's another member of GTA that's in the process of getting a bigger plenum as in twice the size of the stocker made that with the tp mod, the DC valve and his plenum is making 64 fpe but of course at those power levels it's a air hog! lol Here's a pic of the delin poppet darkcharisma makes. 



and here's the mod I did to the original valve which doesn't get the power of the DC valve it's not as much of a air hog and is getting around 44 fpe. 







Here's a group I shot at 75 yards with my Liberty with the modded stock valve. The last shot is when it fell off of the regulator and meassures 1.5 inches with the multi direction 5 mph wind with 8 mph gusts using 21.14 g barracudas at around 960 fps.
