I have have an old school Benjamin 392 and when I have the gun pointed towards the ground and attempt to load it; the B.B. or pellet just rolls right out of the barrel. Does anybody know what the problem could be or how I could fix this?

Are you sure itis .177 caliber? Could it be .20 or.22 cal? Because if this isnot the issue then i have no idea.

Tom nailed it- you need .22 cal. Pellets! You should feel the pellet seat when you close the bolt.

Also, I don't believe you should use bb's in a rifled barrel, just lead pellets. I think the B.B.'s screw up the rifling.
