I ended up cancelling the purchase. Thanks guys. No need for a small bore pcp at this time.
I did end up buying an ultra powerful daisy model 340 for 20 bucks.
I have 12,000 steel bbs with nothing to shoot them from.
It was that or an umarex xbg in Co2 for 30 bucks. It's Faster than the Daisy but needs co2 carts.

I can't speak for the 22 version .but my 177 Chief buries all the way up to the back of the skirt in Masonite at 75 yards, but that said at ranges past 50 yards any air rifle no matter what brand or what it costs is highly subject to the wind and heat inversion. Not being able to accurately inflect a clean kill I never shoot at anything past 50 yards.

Experience is the best teacher. Knowing the "tool" and pellet, understanding the wind, your breathing etc...
My first squirrel kill was 15 years ago from 76 yards using a 850 Air Magnum CO2 rifle shooting 7.9 gr pellet rated at 760 FPS/10,2 FPE @ muzzle.
My second was 96 yards using a Benjamin Discovery .22 cal JSB 14. 3 gr JSB. @ 905 FPS.
