That Crow Magnum is a Thoeben gas ram gun not a spring. Probably needs new seals.

David Slade at Airgunwerks resealed two gas ram guns for me, an RM100 (Crusader) and an SLR 98, I couldn't be happier with his work, have to be patient though he is usually slammed with work! Had him go through my Rapid 12 too, haven't had a lick of trouble out of any of 'em, I would try him first. I'm curious is this the first time your Crow Mag. needed service from new? Good luck, I am a big fan of Theoben Ramers!

My advice on fast, quality, AFFORDABLE work is Rick Wellknicker in New Faun PA near Maryland. Authorized Crosman repair station for over 40 years & full machine shop. They don't make parts? Rick will & when you get the bill you'll be like dam cheap. He's old school & makes enough tending direct lines from Helicopters.

Parts? Try the usual places in the UK perhaps.

David Slade at airgunwerks would likely be the person who set it up originally if it's an older model, he was their tech for many years and know the modle as well as anyone. Normally he states a "6 week" turn around and normally he gets it back to you a lot faster than that.
