Beeman 177cal Round Lead Balls. Are they safe to shoot in a Break-Barrel..?

I have about four cans of these from previous airguns I owned. They are called
Beeman Perfect Rounds. 177cal Lead Balls. Are these safe to shoot in a brake
barrel airgun? I have NOT shot any of these yet in my Ruger Air Hawk Elite II.
I tried putting one in the loading chamber but they seem really tight.

I have tried a few different flavors of these in my older BB/Pellet guns, I now have a tin of H&N. I have had pretty good luck with them in the 2100 classic in the stock for the BB's, as well as an old Crosman M1 Carbine. I don't like shooting steel BB's for several reasons....they are hard on the soft barrels...

Anyhoo,

They seem in my guns to shoot MUCH better then a steel BB.....I generally use the BB guns inside, and really don't want any chance of a bounce....or the smallest chance anyway.....but I would say I have shot them for the giggles of it in all my springers just to see how they do.....the real high powered guns do not seem to like them, the 400-500 FPS guns like them fine.
