Tried to input data into Strelok pro for my fx wildcat compact with smooth twist x pellet liner and when validating the data, the pellets would shoot high at farther distances. I was using Hardair magazine's BC of .038. I then used Strelok's "trajectory validation" of BC option and Strelok is telling me based on my velocity, my BC is .049. I validated the current BC at different distances by shooting it and it seems ok. Can BC be that waaaaay off from published data?

Yes! The data in the Hard Air database is just one gun at one velocity with one barrel at one altitude and one temperature.

.049 sounds perfectly fine. I get .050 to .053 with that pellet in my .22 EDgun R3 Long at 925 FPS. Just FYI, this is very equivalent to the BC I get in the .25 Cricket shooting JSB Heavy Mk1 at 915 FPS. And, both are better than the BC I get from the .30 JSB Exact 44.75 grain pellets in my Bobcat with ST barrel.
