BC for NOE 63gr .257 slugs

So with a .257 raptor incoming I’d like to figure out what the BC will be on these bullets I’ll be casting. Online BC calculators are giving me numbers that don’t make sense, as they are higher then the NSA 85grs I already shoot out of my condor build. if anyone knows a way to find out the true BC on these accurately it’s much appreciated, & if anyone has done the homework and figured it out already, help a brotha out!

thanks,

Felipe

Thank you Loren, I noticed on another forum that you posted that you too have a .257 raptor on order! What mold will you be casting for it? I’m assuming the NOE 63gr .499 inch slugs are about all that will fit in the rotary mag, but if there’s a better option I’d love to hear your input on the matter! Primary use for me will be varmint hunting within 200yards, with some long ranging on steel as well. Btw earlier today I ordered that regman you suggested for my noble .257!

Regards,

Felipe

I have these .257 molds that will be food for the Raptor. Yes, the 258-75 BTHP will be to long for the magazine but will certainly single load just fine. I also have some heavier 257 bullet molds I use for my .257 Texan, but I do not think they will be a good match for the power the Raptor will be producing.
