I closed the auction on Gunbroker and packaged the item very carefully. I was just before marking the item "sold" on here when I got the ding and found the change of mind. I cut extra cardboard and found everything that came with the gun. I don't know about the rest of you but when I say "it is sold" that is what I mean. I would have bought the gun no matter what even if I realized that I had made a mistake. Clearly, the word of Pruitt58 is worth less than $325.
 
Lesson(s) learned:

1) Don't remove any listing until you have received payment

2) Don't box up anything until you have received payment.

I mean it was only 42 minutes between you giving him the email and him getting back to you.

It was a cheap lesson at that. I mean what did you truly loose? You just had to re-list on GB, not even re-list here. At least now it's all packaged and ready to go, right?

Yeah, I didn't write the whole story. I am new here and he advised that I had no history and would I send him a picture of me and my address. I really have no problem with anyone knowing my address. After all, it would have been on the shipment. What I told him was to go to Gunbroker and see the same gun offered there and he could see my feedback. 553 positives so A+ rating for sure. Minutes later he sent the " I will take it" and what is my Paypal address? I told him how much to send and my email for the account. Minutes after that he decided "to go another way" or some such. I think he was playing me. Regardless, he let his mouth overload his ass when he said " I will take it". To me that means that you will take it. It means it is sold and I will pay you because I said it is sold. That is the way I do business and the way I expect business to be done. So to answer you, it was just a few clicks and no trouble but I want his name known to be the liar he is. I did not even tell him this is on the site. I wrote nothing after his final " I have decided to go another way". Never threaten just do is my motto. A threat is a warning and gives time to perhaps counter the threat. Right? It is now boxed extremely well and ready to go. Oh yeah, I had to remove it from Gunbroker to guess what ...................................... make sure he got it and not someone else! LOL

OK, slowly step away from the keyboard and take a few deep breathes..........Honestly, for your health, don't list anything else on the site. WAY worse things have happened and will continue to happen then some guy changing his mind, especially with someone who is brand new to the site. At least he didn't ghost you, or tell you a MO was already in the mail and get you to ship before receiving payment.
