I got a pellet jammed in my Huben (my fault. I pushed a slug that was too snug into the magazine) the other day. Because I got it so jammed, it required a full take down of the rifle. Kelly spent an hour and a half with me on the phone, talking me through each step of the disassembly and then assembly. How's that for customer service?!!!
