60 here

75 here. Pump iron and shoot 4 days a week. One day allowed for golf. Still have need for speed. Slap drags on modded ford lightning, head to strip and kick some ass.. Use it or loose it.

Just turned 70. Still work about 20-25 hours a week, fish bass tournaments in the summer, fool around with my classic muscle cars, do woodworking projects in the winter. Oh yeah, almost forgot, mess around with the airguns some too!

ps I was bored.

38 in less than a month. Shooting since I was a kid. Grew up on an apple orchard with a little 100yrd range with a shooting shed out back with a little Freon tank wood stove in it. My father and a buddy would shoot once a week. Better part of a decade ago a co worker brought over his Marauder and in one trigger pull it began. Sold a motorcycle and bought a Talon SS .22 within a few weeks. 

I will be turning 50 shortly and have been shooting airguns since around 6 years old. Really started getting serious with them about 8 years ago shooting small game up here in Alaska.

61 years old

55 here but some days feel 70 lol!!

47, have been launching projectiles ever since I discovered spit balls through a McD’s straw, funnily enough, it was my Mother that bought me my first gun that shot something as opposed to the toys with flashing lights! Thanks Mom! 

53 started shooting sling shots probably 7 or 8 then we got Bob guns for xmas daisy lever actions.then few years down the road got a Sheridan. 20 and then beaman springers then a crow magnum in .20.Now pcps I want them all.

Thanks Windmill! I was way off with my 'guess' at 65-70 average age. Would be interesting to know if they had a poll of all members, to see if the average creeps up or down vs. this sampling of 96.

I've been on near two dozen Airgun Forums, and they pretty much ALWAYS ask the same thing about age. In the 90's, most responses were from younger readers, because most older guys were computer illiterate, and planned to stay that way. But the younger guys are old now (I'm nearly 76). The first airgun site I saw was an airgun email list Bulletin Board type, operated by Jim Henry. Its the place the Gaylords got their start in airgun discussions and began building their Airgun Letter business.

This period in time is prolly as good as its going to ever get with respect to our airgun hobby, ad I'm enjoying the heck out of it.

72 been into air guns since I was 12. Wow, that's quite a while. I really didn't realize that there were so many above 60 shooters on this forum. Makes me feel younger.
