"sirk"thats the thing what has its fat belly filled with 4 toy AA batteries? come back to me when they change it to 18650 or similar rechargables.
I never understood why people get bent out of shape over the batteries in the ATN "only" lasting 90 minutes?! The ATN X-Sight is basically a camcorder. Show me any other camcorder that lasts way longer than 90 minutes. Most 100K Hollywood cameras cannot do that. So for a $600 dollar piece of electronics, 90 minutes is not that bad. Not at all.

Besides, what is the big deal of having an extra set of AA batteries in your pocket? Oh wait, that's another 110 g of extra weight to carry around! LOL. All lokes aside. I really do not get it. Those are batteries that are inexpensive and you can easily carry a few extra sets around, which will double, triple or even quadruple your run time. They are also regular AA batteries which require no special charger and are available pretty much every where. I know someone that works at Best Buy. He has people come in all the time that forgot their Laptop, camera, or phone charger. Now what? So imagine you go hunting trip and you forgot your 18650 charger? Good luck finding a place that sells a charger like that.

Another option is to get 14500 Li-Ion batteries such as these here. They are the same size as AA batteries and will fit right in. I am not sure about Li-Ion batteries, but Lipo batteries will give you 30% more run time compared to the same size (mah) NiMh batteries. So that is an extra 30 minutes. Now we are looking at 120 minutes. Not bad. Add another set of those into your pocket and you are at 4 hours.

Whatever. : )

Hey guys, check out this directly to ATN site: https://www.atncorp.com/refurbished

Cheaper than buy new unit and a little bit assured because unit will be from ATN not third party.

Learned my lesson bought from 3rd party and refurbished now every time i turn it on the reticle just flicker few minutes and not zero anymore.

I'm just tired of re-do it every single time. So i went to ATN site signed up email newsletter and got a ATN X-Sight 4K PRO just fine except i still couldn't figure out shoot-to-recording function yet.

i still couldn't figure out shoot-to-recording function yet.

Once you turn it on, and it's on, hit the enter button. When that menu loads hit the right or left arrow until you see a target symbol with arrow on the outer ring of the target, it will have a line diagonally across it , highlight that icon by hitting the down arrow. Now press the enter button and the diagonal line will disappear, and recoil activated video will be on. Now use the right or left buttons to get to exit and press enter. You are now back to your reticle with recoil activated video on. BUT a air rifle and .22's don't have enough recoil to make it work.
