Atlas bipod

Hey guys what's the deal with the atlas bipods? Those things are ridiculously expensive....most air guns (from what I read) have no recoil so why couldn't you just get a cheap bipod? Wouldn't it be just the same if the gun dosent kick or move when you shoot it? I just can't feature myself spending that much on a bipod. I installed a $30 bipod on my trail and it works great....someone please fill me in and tell me what I'm missing. The reason I'm asking is I'm "hopefully gonna sell my truck soon and get a pcp so I'm just curious of what accessories I should get with it. Thanks in advance.

Yes they are really expensive. Here's an option. Its a chinese knockoff atlas bipod. Having said that there are quite a few people here that have them and are very pleased .I'm going to get one myself. Shipping can take up to a month but not always.

I use a 6"-9" bipod on another gun and I'm wishing it was taller so I'm probably gonna go with this one and see how it works

The two I got from DHGate cant just fine, @15 degrees. Wonder if its draw of the cards with what you get. Mine are exact replicas, just without the precision milling in the leg locking lugs.

Here's a clone I use on my 2240. Works good for air gun use...maybe 5 to 10 degrees cant.

Works just as well on my Colibri.

I'm very impressed by these knock offs. I bought three and they are solid. I got the Atlas knock offs. I just noticed they have it in Dark Earth too! http://www.greenbase.hk/search?q=bipod

You just have to wait like 4-6 weeks for delivery. Mine came in about 3 weeks.

I saw this one on pyramidair.com it looks and sounds pretty solid for the money. still deciding though lol...although I did place my order for the hatsan at44-10 from baxter Walton today!!!! I'm super stoked to get it, should send it out in a week he said... so I gotta get myself a tank or pump pretty quick. lol...and cant forget the bipod, or the scope, or the ammo, or the extra air cylinder, or the range finder.....my wife is gonna kill me...

i have an atlas bipod, it was very expensive but it looks so good on any gun. pretty sure the only reason i bought it was because it looks so good.
