Ataman .357 am I the only one

Just to save a headache for our members. I had to of buying several non fitting bits, and scratching up mygun with improper tools,. This piece fits the hammer spring tention screw for the Ataman .357. It is Spanner Bit #8. I believe a size small would work better, but #8 works.

It is the snake eye in the back of the receiver. I don't have my Ataman right now. I sent it off to get fix and professionally tuned. It looks like the valve stem got smashed from maxing out it's power. I ordered a new on but it will not be here until march. My recommendation is not to over power the hammer tension. Parts are too difficult to get. JSB's seem to fly best under 860fps anyway. The Polymags work best really fast, like 900fps.

I bought the Ataman used, it was loud before I put a donnyfl on it, changed the stock to a Magpul and feed it JSB 18.3’s. It is a fantastic rifle and portable and very quiet with a donnyfl tatsu. The Ataman action, trigger magazines are very well constructed and mine has surpassed any doubts I had. I paid 600.00 with a hill pump and a vortex venom and a pelican case. The original owner was selling it because it was too loud. Well, it is, but he didn’t know about donnyfl. The leshiy and Ataman are my favorites right now.
