Yes, I have one.
I also have an Edgun, Lelya 2 and a new Uragan. If you go back a day or two and find the "Hurricane" (US translation for Uragan) post on my Uragan review. While I do list the BP 17 third in line, it is up against some VERY stiff/good competition in the Lelya 2 and the Uragan are higher end guns, design wise.
There have been a couple that have bought them and returned them for various reasons. I got mine from Pyramyd Air. If you spend another couple of bucks with them, they go over it, shoot to verify all is well before shipping their guns. Mine came to me with a good report. If you use the "search" function, you should be able to find my review on my BP 17.
I for one, like it, have had no trouble or problems with it. The only real complaint is that the safety is kind of cheesy, the way it works. But since I'm the only one using it, the safety doesn't get used..! I did take the big can on the front and make my own version of a silencer. As the gun comes, it's not really much of a muffler. Just two big chambers. I made up one design...didn't work. Then I started thinking, out of the proverbial box and came up with a moving wall (spring loaded) chamber. It actually works pretty well.
Yes, I'm happy with my Atanam, BP 17. Accurate, fun to shoot.
Mike
P.s - You can also go to Pyramyd Air, look up the BP 17 and see the report I gave them, along with a couple of not so good ones..!
