At last! I have a good cheek weld Flash QE

I have not enjoyed the Hatsan Flash QE much due to the low comb combined with the extra high scope rings required by the magazine placement. I hate having to hunt for the right cheek position.

On a whim, i ordered a comb sleeve from the big A(mazon). Viola! Suddenly the gun fits my face. I was using a carved up pool noodle. That was just too much red neck and I was embarrassed.

Now I'm off to shoot'em good 😁

Sure will when I get home. The gun is shooting like a champ! The Hatsan vortex pellets are shooting even better than the crosman premier hollow point. Hatsan vortex pellets are made by jsb, iirc. the Quattro trigger on the flash QE is breaking in, and is getting better and better. I am pretty excited to get this gun out and shoot some varmints with it.

I was at about 13.00 delivered for one unit.

The front two Velcro straps are a bit too long, so I wrapped them twice around the bottom of the stock before I stuck them down, and the rear strap hooked to the middle Velcro. 30 seconds to fiddle it into place.

The son and I went shooting. I with my first choice Kral and he with the Flash QE. Guess who is the proud new owner of the flash? That boy shot me 2:1 on pigeons today, on his first time with the gun and scope. Just had to tell him that 15y and 40y are crosshair hold. He did the rest.. He likes it a lot. It made his day when I gave him the pink slip to that gun. Hope he will shoot with me more often.

This is the one I found that works best on my Marauder, along with all my Remington and Tikka powder burners. Has a slight rise on the cheek for perfect cheek weld, and a zippered pouch to carry spare magazines, Allen wrench tools, and a pull cord to clean the barrel if need be. They are well built, and for the life of me do not know why Midway discontinued it. It was actually Midways own product. If I knew it was gonna be discontinued I would have bought a couple more for just in case future guns, lol
