Are the Eagle vision scope rings better that the FX no limit rings?

I like them better too. The fit, finish, ease of use, adjustability, secure hold and aesthetic are all superb. I also like that the additional screws to lock the rings and settings in place securely once you get them adjusted properly. We have been slowly switching over to all Eagle Vision rings. Nothing wrong with FX rings, they work well. The boys and I just prefer the Eagle Vision rings, they look awesome and work equally well.

I'm an Eaglevision user and also have the FX no limits too. I prefer the Eaglevision though because of the additional holding screw on the opposite side of the ring; you get clamping pressure on both sides of the ring for more stability.

The Eaglevision rings seem to be a little more robust as well. You can also get both sets of rings in 30 or 34. Like some others have said there is nothing wrong with the FX no limit it's really about preference. Can't really go wring with either set.

IMO…the biggest difference from a user perspective is the FX sit considerably lower than the eagle vision.

They also have a much cleaner design.

Eagle vision absolutely looks to be better built and have the option for mounting stuff

U can see them side by side in this post

Thanks for this. It seems like sometimes one might have the option of choosing, but often one might have to decide based on mount height. The difference in height looks pretty dramatic.

Maybe it's just my luck, but I have had a set of the FX rings crack along the base. I have heard of a few others on this forum with that same issue, yet have not heard about this issue using the Eagle Vision rings.

No slam, just a fact.

I to have had this happen. But to be more specific. Only the 30mm to Picatinny FX mount.
The Eagle Vision mounts are a bit bigger and bulky. Where the FX are a little more lightweight. I use FX for when the gun has the dovetail mount and I use Eagle Vision when Picatinny.

What he said... Totally agree. They also have a similar model with small pic rail tops on the rings...

I have both and not so fond of the fx. They are not for people who are not mechanically inclined. Especially those who just think they are. First time i removed mine I realized the person who installed them cross threaded not one but two bolts. No it was not me but the person who sold and installed the scope on my ag when i purchased it. 😡
