Airgunning Friends,
Since we now shoot our TEXtreme Bench-Rest Silhouette matches at the Central Texas Rifle & Pistol (firearms) Club, there is no reason to not allow slugs in our airgun Bench-Rest Silhouette matches beginning with the next match on Saturday, April 2 (weather permitting).
That announced, be aware of a few pertinent points. 1) The 80 foot-pound muzzle energy limit also applies to the Slug Class. 2) Shooters may enter any or all (three) classes for $10 per score-card. 3) Slugs are still NOT allowed in our TEXtreme Field Target matches held at my Ranchito Robinson venue, due to close proximity of neighbors. 4) Now that we have Daylight Saving Time back, and also to avoid the RIMFIRE Bench-Rest Silhouette match preceding our match on the same range interfering with our BRS match, our shooters meeting will be at 2 PM. 5) Assuming the rimfire match is over by 1 PM, practice for our match opens at 1 PM. 6) I will leave the club gate open; but should anyone find it closed and locked, CALL ME at 254-253-1239.
