AOA Sent Wrong Caliber Pellets!

I would much rather praise good service than be critical, however I have to call it the way it is...I ordered pellets a few days ago from AOA, six tins of JSB .25 25's and four tins of JSB .22 18's, ten tins in all, got the .25's but instead of .22 18's they sent me four tins of JSB 33.95 Mk1's, All were well packed and shipping was fast just the wrong four items. Sooo have to call them next week, the invoice is correct, I'm glad it wasn't a complicated order!!! Nothing is easy these days!!!

AoA are the only 1 to carry this 1 type of pellet.H&N Spitzkugel ,22 cal, 16.05gr, lead, smooth skirt. My XS46? browning under-lever really likes them. Priced low too,it cost more to ship them than to buy them. Found them on amazon but thats a crap shoot.I like PA. They pack their pellets really really well but they don't carry the right Spitzkugel.

Sad to say that it happened to me too but not the wrong caliber. I placed an order for 3 tins of JSB Predator Shorts in .22cal and they sent me the regular ones. I also placed an order for JSB 10.34gr Heavies in .177 but they sent me the 8.44gr ones. I know they could easily resolve it with a RMA but I'm not one to stand in line at the post office. It's very frustrating.

🙁

You order the pellets figure if everything goes quickly, you will get them in about 1 week. Then if the order is wrong, you send them back, that takes about 1 week, then they send the correct pellets, that takes about 1 week. So if all goes well you have them in 3 weeks. That's ok unless you needed them before 3 weeks, THATS the frustrating part. There are several companies on AGN that would love to sell you the correct pellets, but it seems like due to human involvement most slip up from time to time. I have had only 1 order of pellets shipped incorrectly from AOA, and many many more shipped correctly.

Well, it's the last time that I'll be ordering pellets from them. I use to order all my pellets from Straight Shooters but decided to give AOA a try wherein lies the mistake I made.

I then called Craig at Straight Shooters to place my order and it was so good hearing his voice, "Hey, it's good to hear from you again". I felt kind of embarrassed that I didn't place my order with them in the first place.

I’m glad they are busy enough to make mistakes. Probably got a newbie starting out in shipping . Some of you guys never ran a business or made a mistake did ya😩

PA does do a heck of a job packing and shipping pellets.

The profit margin on some of this stuff is probably so slim they can’t put their best people on it . I know I’m making excuses for them but honestly how many pellet orders do you figure go out of these places a day. As long as they make it right givem a break
