AOA - Please fix your web page

AOA - While the new page looks GREAT! But, Please fix your web page. Links are broken, searches don't work, it takes all the fun out of shopping your site!

When I look at a FX Streamline and want to change from .177 to .22 caliber, clicking on the .22 button gives me the dreaded, "The Page Cannot Be Found". Searches must be exact matches, so "fx streamline" doesn't work but " Streamline" does. If you get anything wrong, including capitalization, searches don't work. Searches work better than that now, and should allow for some misspellings and capitalization mistakes!

The page is a major improvement, but it's got some serious rough spots. Please, return the joy of cruising your site, and fix the links and searches.

Thank you!

Thank you for the feedback. We do not wish to argue as we truly want the best experience possible, but we are unable to replicate what you described. When on the FX Streamline Synthetic .177 page, if you click on the .22 Caliber or .25 Caliber button, it loads the .22 or .25 information. When searching for "fx streamline" it pulls up the 3 stock choices. And just to mix it up, searching for "fX sTrEamLInE" also pulls up the same options. No errors or missing pages. We are able to enter misspelled words and of course no matches are found. We will look into options for modifying the search to list similarly spelled words. This is especially relevant with modern auto-correct functions on phones!

Might we ask that you clear your browser cache and try again? It may be an issue with some remnants of the old site left in your browser cache. If you still have issues, please email us directly.

Thank you,

I have to agree, I checked the website shortly after the post and also could not replicate the issues reported.

AOA - no problem with the arguments, I take no offense, as I've done computer troubleshooting for many years. The problem may be, as other posters have noted, the browser. Do you have a recommended browser? What has it been tested against? I've given up on Chrome as my primary for various performance reasons, and have been using MS Edge. If you can't replicate, what other suggestions might you have?

System is a Windows 10, plenty of RAM, latest updates, etc. Have no problems on other sites, just AOA, so very frustrated. I'll try Chrome tonight, but would appreciate other thoughts?

Thanks,

Replicated the OP's search on my Mac running Safari 10.0.3 (Currently the latest version ) with no issues. I was able to click on the .22 Streamline which seamlessly pulled up the graphic and then subsequently added it to my checkout cart. A few other searches seemed to work flawlessly as well. So far so good and a welcome improvement to their site.

Well if this was to get me to look at the fx rifles it worked LOL. When I change from the default .177 to the .22 or .25 I also get the "Page can not be found with a list of others things on the site down the left side. So mine must be working like the OP's?

Edit: it does the same thing on other rifles when picking a different caliber.

one more Edit: it works fine on my cell phone and I tried it on two different Alienware win7 and a win10 both wouldn't work. But used google chrome and it worked fine like it did on my phone?

Goodtogo - what browser are you using? I tried it under Chrome a few minutes ago, different machine, different location, and it worked fine. Beginning to think the browser has something to do with it.

And maybe it was to get you to look at the FX Guns :)

Also, the FX was only an example, it works the same (or doesn't work the same) on all the other guns as well. Start at .177, click button for .22 and get Page not found.
