Well I'm not even going to bother counting....it's about half. There were enough bad ones to fill the lid, and I'm not even that fussy about pellets.

Of the FX pellets, only 52 bad ones.....I'll be able to make use of half those to run a shot string over the chronograph.
And I may as well use the bad 22 caliber pellets to see how many shots the Streamline can get on Low power setting ...I don't think anyone has done that yet.

And to make matters worse, the FX pellets are 22 caliber instead of 25 which I ordered.
And yes, my invoice does say 25 caliber. Nearly a complete waste of $50.

If they would of used a little common sense they could have shipped them in one of the smaller priority 2-3day boxes for just $8.20. I've never ordered any of there supplies or equipment due to their high shipping cost. I have bought guns from them though. It's hard to beat Pyramids pellet prices. BTW the thin skirts on the 16gr are very prone to damage regardless of who ships them, one of the reasons I always preferred the 18's. As thin as the skirts are I bet most of them will be self fixing when blasted with 1700psi behind them.

I've ordered 22 pellets through PA and AGD with no damage being they are packaged so well.....even the light 13 and 14 grain ones.
And now that I think of it, the tin from AoA didn't even have the red tape around it, so an opened tin is what they sold me.
Unbelievable.

$17.65 is little stiff for shipping, and we all know, how much it cost to ship a small priority box, and box is free.

@Bob_O sorry for the BS. I thought about tape missing as well. I wish they would go to screw top lids.

No 30 caliber for me, though I would like to get one at some point.
Still disappointed in the minimal packaging for pellets, but I did receive my replacement order from AoA today and to my surprise there weren't any damaged pellets that I could see upon a very quick inspection. So I won't bother going through all of them, instead I'll just load mags from the tin and toss any bad ones I find at that time like I normally do.
Seems that AoA monitors this forum as they sent me the replacements without me even contacting them about it. Being that they took care of this, I won't hesitate to order from them again should they have something I want or need that I can't get from anywhere else.
As far as the FX pellets....they shot terribly out of my Streamline 22 so I'm not holding my breath on the 25 caliber ones, unless they happen to like the ST-X barrel better.
