I was preparing for Extreme Benchrest and my Redwolf started NOT shooting well, so I knew something wasn't right. Drove 18 hours and arrived Wed. Morning. Told Rich what was going on and he had Don come out and talk to me...Don took it in the black, found out the issue and repaired it..ALL the while the place was chaotic with Extreme Benchrest going on. THAT'S TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I do shoot well at the event, it was only made possible by the fixing my Redwolf on the spot. THANKS TO EVERYONE who had a hand in it.
