(AoA) Daystate Pulsar review...

It's my favorite gun out of all I own.

That is an awesome BullPup. My AirWolf MCT with a NC LCD will need to hold me over though. I've had mine for about 3 years and is as sweet a shooter as in the video just mine is dead silent. Electronics are so sweet and the trigger is second to none.

715fps in .25? That's no good. Why so underpowered? 

Testing with jsb kings would give a better idea of its power and how it performs.

They tested with the JSB .25 Heavies which would naturally slow the velocities some. I love the concept and what I've read of the incorporated electronics, but wonder if they can be further adjusted or reprogrammed for higher velocities in the high powered mode? User doable? 

715fps JSB .25 is pretty much the sweet spot

they forgot the 4th option stock (walnut) not that I have a 22. walnut

715 with heavies would be only slightly more arc than shooting a 12fpe .177. And naturally if you droped down to a 25g or so pellet it would suit most US shooters better but half the fun of airguns is having a bit more challenge than learning to dope something shooting 1,700fps. Personally I cant see buying one but I certainly would like to try someones.

Daystate mentioned in one of their videos that you are not able to adjust velocity. You are stuck with 715fps. My buddy also has one and confirmed this

Well first off lack of tune-ability and also a huge curve when shooting long range.

It has some cool features but even shooting the heavies I would like it at least around 800 fps.

Daystate allows you to set the fpe at 30 or 40. Yes I agree, and wish they would allow a wider range for those that believe they need it. With that being said I use 30 fpe 99% of the time, and 40 fpe occationally. For me personally this is perfect.

This is a really cool rifle and I would definitely go with the .25 , yet at $2500…………..Man that's alot of coin! My price point seems to keep going up. Can't stop looking at this rifle!
