AoA Customer Service

Edit to my original post because I can't figure out how to delete it. Long story short this time, AoA gave me the wrong size barrel. After dealing with them on fixing this issue, I am more than pleased. The gentleman I spoke to today on the phone was happy to help and was a pleasure to deal with. I understand mistakes are going to be made, and it's how those mistakes are dealt with that really matters. Big thumbs up to AoA for working with me to resolve this matter!!!!!!

Im not a big fan of AoA. Actually have a buddy who refuses to go in there. Anytime I go in there I feel like all they want to do is sell me something and push me out the door. Dont get me wrong there are one or two of them that will chat a bit other then that I get the felling of not being welcome there at all. I think once I get a compressor I will be cutting ties with them. I agree that they should make this right and take the hit for their mistake. Good luck with that though.

I’ve been in there a few times and I’ve been treated very well. The sales staff were very personable and courteous. When Steve and Mike walked in the door, the staff was more than willing to introduce me to them. That’s why I was shocked when I called them about my barrel issue and was told what I was. I did receive a call from AoA today, but I didn’t get cell service at the time. They left a voicemail saying they want to work with me on this issue. I’ll be calling them back in a few minutes after I finish cramming my lunch down my gullet. Hopefully everything will work out and I can enjoy my 700mm barrel blasting squirrels and other fuzzy critters.

Sent my Daystate Regal .22 XL unmoderated in for a couple warranty things and to replace the pellet probe I bent. Rich took great care of me and from them to me was only a couple weeks. Here is a 10 shot group outdoors at 50 yards with JBS 15.89 and shooting from 180BAR to 160BAR, which seems to be my sweet spot.
