This is to review Airguns of Arizona customer service in reference to my FX Crown purchase. I preordered tha Crown as so many did, and waited my turn patiently. When the call came, Darrin was on the phone himself and made my purchase as smooth as butta. He did pull my leg a little but after the setup and test the Crown was in my hands within a week. I believe that AOA has handled the demand and supply the best they could and unfortunately with today's McDonalds mentality of I want it all and I want it now, may have gotten a bad rap in certain post and forums. AOA's customer service, in my book is Par Excellence, and I will continue to make them my number one provider. (I will say I have purchased from the other two of the big three and have had no problem at all) But if you consider all of the facets of buying air gun products, from ease of ordering to receipt of a well packaged product(s), you really have to put the attention to detail above all the rest. Well done AOA, I appreciate your efforts.
