I called AOA with a question about a seal kit I ordered from them and a few other airgun related questions I had, I called and prompted for a call back from the "repair" dept. and I only had to wait a few minutes for the return call! I don't know who I talked to but he was very knowledgeable and patient more like talking to a shooting buddy! This person had a GREAT attitude and couldn't do enough to help me...one of my neighbors knocked on my door or I would still be talking air guns with him! Very positive experience AGAIN with AOA!
