AOA 75 cu ft Omega tank

Mine didn't leak but was very hard to push to depressurize the hose after a fill. I added a drop of oil to the bleed valve rather than taking it apart. It seemed to help for awhile but soon it was harder to push than before the lube. Go figure. At that stage I took it apart. The clip removal was easy using a pointed pick. The bleed button can't be removed unless the tank gauge is backed out several turns. The o-rings were still intact. I cleaned out the oil and a small amount of rubber residue from inside the bleed hole the button shaft then relubed using silicone grease. I removed one full coil from the return spring on a bench grinder. The gauge threads got new teflon tape before tightening to prevent leaks. The air bleed assembly is now very easy to push open from less spring tension and proper silicone lube.
