Anyone watching the Sightmark Wraith?

Well I like that the Wraith has a color daytime display as opposed to the Photon. I heard so many mixed reviews on the ATN 4K and ATN’s support that I didn’t want to risk being one of the unlucky ones that got a lemon.

No sound doesn’t really bother me as long as the video quality is good.

I was searching everywhere for one that came in the first batch in March because I didn’t want to July. I got lucky and found one supposedly new in box and should arrive Saturday. So I’ll let you know how I like it.

Yes please post your take... I’m thinking of getting one for my ratting rig, thanks.

I received my Sightmark Wraith a day early. I haven't got to play with it much but here are my 1st impressions. It does feel heavy, The Wraith is 11 ounces heavier than the Photon and 5 inches shorter but I can live with that. I turned it on and the daytime color picture looks great and the zoom works well too. I haven't put it on my Veteran yet so I'll see if it's as easy to sight in as they say, probably tomorrow. I will have to get a Micro SD card tomorrow and test out the video recording. The menu so far seems easy to navigate. If your going to use it for close quarters know that the 1X is actually 4x so at close range the field of view is not large. I'm going to put the IR illuminator on and use it by hand tonight and see how the picture is. More to come.

Is it just me, or does this look suspiciously like the old version of the ATN scope? You know, the buggy one with the 3 hour max battery life? I’m wondering if the same Chinese factory that makes ATN makes these new Sightmarks... just a thought. I’ll wait to hear what people think of them first. And an advertised 3.5 hour battery life really translates into no more than 2 hours real life, at least in my experience.
