Anyone using the DonnyFL extender in conjunction with a Emperor V3?

It was a year ago, and I don't have it or the rifle anymore.. It did make a noticeable difference but the overall size of both together made my sumo look tiny.. This was on a strong .30. I just picked up a diff .30 but wont have pellets until tomorrow at best and if the sumo doesn't tame it to my comfort level, I'll prob order another emperor with extension.

Used one on a few guns... was stupid quiet, but not worth the droopy barrels. Too heavy. This was really noticable on the FX guns.

I used both on a .25 cricket, the extension made the barrel droop more than I was willing to accept. I took it off. It my be better suited for the ronin, it made the emperor stupid long. I did not really notice a differance with vs. without.

This is an good assessment of the Emperor vs Ronin when adding along the 6 inch extender. I think if you were to purchase the Emperor, then you should stick with the Emperor as your only attachment. However, I also found that the Ronin + extension was quieter than the individual Emperor, and is only around 2 inches longer than the single Emperor, and is noticeably shorter than the 16 - 17 total inches of Emperor + extension. I think the Ronin + extension is the best compromise of sound vs length.

I'm using the 2 x 10.5 Emperor V3 with an Emperior/Ronin v3 6.26 inch extender on a PBBA .452 Bushbuck Big Bore when at home. I took db readings when I put it on, but I'm sorry, I don't have them with me. That said, they know in the house when I take it off the gun!

Haha exactly what I would think unless you got a .45-50 cal. Btw, I actually like the look of the Tanto and Koi a lot. I have two Sumos, and one I am not even using but in .30 cal for a gun I never bought.

Thanks guys, mostly what I needed,
It is for a ported 260 fpe Bulldog and a Texan LSS so length and droop should not be a problem and will be used with a soundbox inside.
Now ctsshooter, my wife, as expressed by the actor playing Mickey Mantle in the movie 1961 I believe, my wife has small hands.
