Anyone see this? Is this a new Taipan or custom stock?

I'm just wondering if anyone has seen this. I was watching a Leshiy 2 video and noticed what appears to be a Taipan Veteran in a different stock. It's kind of similar to the Lelya's stock. Is this a new gun, new stock or custom stock not available to the U.S.? I don't see a cocking lever unless it's been mounted on the left side of the gun. It's at 3:03 into the video.
