Anyone received a Kral yet in the U.S.?

I got cold feet on Kral. I might get one after the reviews are in. The problem is I only have so much time and don't need too many of these things. 

I have a S510 carbine and have had several FXs, as such, I unknowingly became a bit picky about airguns. I consided a Daystate wolverine, but it's a bit long and they were out of 177s. The fx streamlines are sold out. I settled on brocock bantam which is brand new and in stock.

I also shoot 3 Crosman 22xx CO2s which are a lot of fun. I shoot a HW50S also, a mild mannered springer.

the problem I had with cheaper pcp's is they lacked refinement, accuracy and just weren't as much fun. Marauder was bulky and need work right out of the box, Talon gulped air and I didn't like the scope position, discos are junky blah blah blah. 

kral looks like agame changer though, it is the most interesting rifle in the price range 

I got cold feet to and backed out on a 177 . 
After I bought a regulator a brand name barrel if the accuracy was not up to par, and a few Orings
I am in the Mutant standard price range, I know its a 22 and not 177 , But I got a 22 short mutant that's really a quality built gun thats pretty cheap,

Have heard one guy had one already who ordered from krale on the GTA and have also heard a few more getting tracking info for there from pyramyd air today on there as well. Come next week should start to see the preorders getting them! Personally the puncher marine in Walnut looks awesome to me!

no anti bounce device so it will be a bit wasteful on air. and the barrels might not be up to snuff. I know that rojal here in euro land sells them with a few barrel upgrades. Also would skipp the 25 since it might be a bit under powered.

Im guessing hatsan quality, ie ok but not good by any means. Might need some tinkering. I had a preorder on a 6.35 for a few months but they where delayed and i skipped it. 

Bought a kral puncher here in the uk for may father and had to have the barrel changed as the accuracy was terrible.after getting the barrel changed it came back and was still no better,on close inspection the crowning was off centre so ended up exchanging the gun for a different manufacturer.

They're popular here South Africa due to the low price point (particularly the Breaker bullpup). I've shot a modded one and trigger tested a stock one in the shop.

Some parts are pretty well designed and of decent quality, but the barrel tends to be a crap shoot with many being quite awful. One report on the SA airrifle forum where the guy extensively modded his to be a reasonable gun also said the barrel on his was out of alignment with the breech and rail, requiring machining of the breech.

The trigger is really mushy and heavy out of the box, and tough to adjust to an acceptable point, necessitating a trigger job from an airgunsmith. 

The mags are similar to the SPA ones and apparently commonly distort the pellet skirts.

Seem like a potential major ball ache unless you get lucky or the dealers REALLY go the extra mile doing QC

Kral should make sure their barrels are good otherwise you have nothing.

Brand new Krals are having failures this week, after just being delivered to forum members.
I'm glad I crossed Kral off my list. 

Three reviewers on another forum have said they have had problems with them.

I read the same thing its why there so cheap! use cheap parts dont expect much right!

I also read that im very glad I didn't get one now

I'm glad I held off as well. You know that saying "if it seems to good to be true.............."

Exactly why I don't trust to many reviews.

There have been quite a few failures of the Kral, also the 25 is very under powered from what I have been told.
WAR is already working on mods for the rifle, but to be honest, if I have to drop another 200 to get it to works, I will spend it on a better rifle.

And, what bullpup would that be?

I'm trying to decide on a .25 caliber bullpup now. 

I'm looking at the Taipan Veteran .25 which is supposed to be coming out mid march-ish.

I still think the Kral is a good first gun...kind of weird they chose to make the barrel in house instead of putting a cz or lw barrel on it...I suppose that helps keep the price down but isn't that one of the bigger gripes?

Just got my .22 Breaker that was tuned by Travis, this gun is amazing. Very few shots to scope it up, then effortlessly out to 20yrds, that's all the space I had today, but I'll stretch it out some over the next couple days.

Very compact and well balanced, I can shoot it with one hand, I like it a lot and I've only had it a couple hrs.

If I knew I'd get one like Steve did and it would have long term reliability I'd already have one. At this point it looks like getting one from Travis is the way to go.
