Anyone know where to get a SCBA tank repaired in AZ?

Just had my 13 cu ft Guppy filled at Sports Chalet for $5. They are closing shops in the valley right now (get your fills while you can). I live in Gilbert AZ. Got back to the house and noticed it had dropped almost 1000 psi. Dunked the valve in a bucket of water and noticed bubbles coming out of where the valve screws into the neck of the composite tank. Probably needs a new seal. I've been searching and calling around to see if i can figure out where to take it to get it repaired. Seems a lot of the places that offer hydrostatic testing for 4500 psi scba tanks aren't "authorized" to make repairs. I thought I would try my luck and post something on here to see if I can get any info that will help me get this figured out. Thanks in advance for any info :)

Thanks BigTin
I'll see how that goes. Was thinking about doing that myself since I'm mechanically inclined but didn't know if I had to be "qualified". Plus there isn't a spot for a tool/wrench to hold onto tank while trying to unscrew valve. Was thinking about clamping with a rubber based strap....
I'm also trying to find a place that will do a hydrostatic test for less than $58 :) Hydro is due next month :(
Sports Chalet used to do them for $35 but they aren't anymore due to the impending closures.

I open my bench vice so that I can just lower the valve into it, without squeezing on it, but will hold it from turning. I then use my hands/arms to turn the bottle. This has worked for me with both SCBA and Paintball bottles (alum and CF).

As far as Hyrdotesting look for a place that services fire extinguishers. In Maryland the state keeps a list of tester on-line. I got mine done for $30.

Sports Chalet probably didn't actually perform the hydro, they likely sent them out, try to find out who they sent them too.
