They announced it long time ago. Said it will be out last year before hunting season. And it never did. Then they said spring time 2019. It's summer. Where is it? Cause all site I check says it's pre order. It's good company show us their new product. But I hate when they say it will be out before this date. And a year later its still not out. Kinda losing interest on it. Was excited about getting it but now I don't know.
Anyone have the 50 cal hammer?

I saw a facebook post that somebody had one. Said the first two production runs go the the pre-orders.

Last word I saw was that umarex had the parts in stock in their Arkansas facilities and were ready to build em. Have you watched the weather channel in the last 45 days? Arkansas, Oklahoma and several other states have wide spread flooding. The Arkansas River is at 29 feet above flood stage, and in just one day the weather service recorded 52 tornadoes. That alone may have an impact on their ability to produce, much less being flooded. I can cut umarex some slack for acts of God.

Recent bad weather impact ..... possibly but there has not been a continuous storm for the last 3 years unless you count the media storm they released themselves!

And the gun was first shown as a "pre production prototype"... And it has been through a number of design changes... 3 round to 2 round magazine as well as so internal changes. I prefer for the bugs to be worked out BEFORE the product is sold, rather than after (cough*FX*cough).

Ten US dollars says the Hammer never happens as a US product.
as noted its been 3 years or so, and the fact that folks ELSEWHERE have some them is telling. If that gun ever shows up in the States, IMO itll be one of the guns that gets this sport noticed, but in the wrong way......

No accuracy has been shown that has put up a red flag for me. The videos of it being used are very vague with what's shown as far as shots taken. Chances are the high fill pressure to achieve these shots will eliminate it from the typical user. Too, I have a thought that the bottle they use is not DOT certified making the Hammer impossible to sell here in the USA. I have emailed them numerous times inquiring about the gun with zero response. I wish them luck
