Anyone have mod some baffle to fit fx LDC?

Most LDC I have used baffles inside. But on fx LDC it's just a hollow tube. Anyone have mod some baffles to fit inside the hollow tube and see if it helps quiet it down. Fx LDC does work but I'm sure using baffles will be more effective. I don't get why fx doesn't use baffle yo slow the gas down.

I make them. If you add one more 75mm center section and 7 air stripper baffles it will be as quiet as any aftermarket suppressor. Adding two 75mm center sections and 10 air stripper baffles slows the air so much that it sounds like a blowgun. These results are in .22

My gun is modified but I shoot the 18gn JSB at 975fps on 100 bar from a 600mm barrel. I use the FX moderator with two extra center sections and 10 baffles. It's very quiet.

Are the air stripper baffles you make a DIY, machined piece, or 3d printer kind of thing? (I guess if your a machinest it's a DIY). I have the Impact x in .22 and it's pretty quiet as is, but if there's something realitively simple to do to make it quieter I'm for it. Thanks to the OP for asking the question. I may try the hair curler with felt

High quality 3D print. Smooth finish and tight tolerance. Two sizes are required to use extra 75mm center sections.

They'd be easy to build on a lathe. Maybe if you posted dimensions of what you wanted somebody may whip them out for ya. I find a spring to put in front of them. With the same OD as the spacer. I wouldnt use PCV, becouse it would take away from the volume of the first stage. Put the spring in first as they are installed. To keep them from slapping back and forth with each shot.

Mine don't require a spring and have a 1mm wall thickness. FX suppressors have a ridge rolled into one end that needs to be removed with a deburring tool to fit the baffles. Only takes a few seconds.
