My iphone had been working fine with the MTC Rapier Ballistic program but now I can no longer go into the Profile Pre-Set portion of the program to set my velocity, pellet type, etc. Audio Menue and RF Units settings still work fine. Have booted the phone, deleted and reloaded the app but do dice. Anyone else have similar problems lately? Not sure how to contact MTC directly for help. Thanks in advance.

I do have an issue using it with and android device, if I create multiple profiles for different rifles and I close down the app while currently using a profile that was not the original profile the app created when it was installed then it will not close correctly and generates some sort of error and then it will not start up again. I would have to go in an reset the app to get it going again and of course would loose all the profiles previously created.
So long as I close out on the original profile it will work correctly, I realize this is not the same symptom as what you are experiencing but just letting you know you are not alone.
Outside of checking your app settings/permissions in the iphones settings menu not sure there is much else you can do. Sounds like something in your profile data is messed up, perhaps find some file manager app that will let your browse your onboard storage to see if there are any old profile data you can clear out of there.

I've only got 1 gun programmed so far. I rather like it so I'm sad to hear about its quirks. I suppose I'll program a 2nd gun and see if I can break it before I program any more.

The update 1.1.3 that was released on January 21 seems to have broken the app. I had 8 presets on mine and now it only has the last one I was using.
So don't update to the current version (1.1.3) until they release another update to fix these issues.

I also suddenly have problems with the app. On my iPhone, auto update is on . On jan 22 version 1.1.3 was installed.
Although it is still there, I suddenly lost my profiles. I can not add, change or remove anything. The screen is empty.

Just had contact with support of MTC. The latest update, just gone live, should fix this Still no luck on my end. I have removed and reloaded the app several times on my IphoneX. I even went to the apple store to see if there might be anything on my phone that could be causing the problem. I just sent an email to MTC support and will advise if we can figure it out. Thanks for the suggestions from all!

I just received a very fast response to my question and will post the response here. Sounds like they are working on the Iphone glitch!

MTC Rapier Ballistic program glitch cured! I was able to access it and everything is now working with the Iphone. Big thanks to the folks at MTC for their quick reaction to the problem. New Rapier is on it's way so I can fully utilize the program.
